Due at Reservation:
Winter Non-Holiday Per Week Reservation Deposit, $1,800
Due Two Weeks before Check-In:
Winter City Occupancy Taxes of $216, Cleaning Fee of $350, and Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 ($1,566 total)

SPRING, FALL & HOLIDAY RENTERS
(March-May, Sept-Oct and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's)
Due at Reservation:
Spring, Fall & Holiday Per Week Reservation Deposit, $2,500
Due Two Weeks before Check-In:
Spring, Fall & Holiday City Occupancy Taxes of $300, Cleaning Fee of $350, and Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 ($1,650 total)
(For Multiple Week Rentals, Add Additional Per Week Occupancy Tax, $300)

 

SUMMER RENTERS
(June, July and Aug)
Due at Reservation:
Summer Per Week Reservation Deposit, $3,500
Due Two Weeks before Check-In:
Summer City Occupancy Taxes of $420, Cleaning Fee of $350, and Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 ($1,770 total)
(For Multiple Week Rentals, Add Additional Per Week Occupancy Tax, $420)

*If your plans change and you cannot come during your reserved week, notify us and we will mark the week as available on our website; if the week is rented by another qualified guest (six or fewer people, no party rentals, etc.), we will return your reservation deposit as soon as we receive the new reservation deposit. Otherwise, your reservation deposit is non-refundable.
