After you have confirmed availability on our availability calendar, please secure your reservation by making the appropriate Reservation Deposit for each week you are reserving (up to two) using the buttons below and your credit card.

As soon as we receive your deposit(s), we will block off the week(s) for you. If you decide to delay making your reservation, please be sure to check the availability calendar again (and refresh the page) to reconfirm availability before making your deposit.

Cleaning Fee of $350 and Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 ($1,350 total)
Per Week Occupancy Tax (12%)

 

SPRING, FALL & HOLIDAY RENTERS
(March-May, Sept-Oct and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's)

Spring, Fall & Holiday Per Week Reservation Deposit, $2,500
Due Two Weeks before Check-In:
Cleaning Fee of $350 and Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 ($1,350 total)

SUMMER RENTERS
(June, July and Aug)
Due at Reservation:
Summer Per Week Reservation Deposit, $3,500
Due Two Weeks before Check-In:
Cleaning Fee of $350 and Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 ($1,350 total)
Per Week Occupancy Tax (12%)

*If your plans change and you cannot come during your reserved week, notify us and we will mark the week as available on our website; if the week is rented by another qualified guest (six or fewer people, no party rentals, etc.), we will return your reservation deposit as soon as we receive the new reservation deposit. Otherwise, your reservation deposit is non-refundable.
